Bruce Bush founded Tallgrass Landscaping in 2007, but his journey in horticulture and agriculture began much earlier, in Hilo, Hawaii, in 1983. He started his career working for the Hyatt Regency Resort in Maui before launching a small, four-man landscaping crew that specialized in projects for upscale homes.

Throughout his career, Bruce consistently pursued his passion for custom landscaping, working privately to create stunning outdoor spaces for clients.

Today, Tallgrass Landscaping boasts a team of over 20 skilled professionals, including carpenters, masons, landscapers, hardscape specialists, and pool plastering experts. With this diverse team, Bruce and Tallgrass Landscaping deliver exceptional results for every project.
